Terms and Conditions:
1. The prices shown on the Fashion Chest website are wholesale prices. Some of the items with a unit price of $6.00 and under are pre-packed in six pairs per color per item. Fashion Chest does not break any packages. Otherwise, items may be bought by piece.
2. All orders are subject to 2% handling fee.
3. No claims on used goods. Refund, exchange or damage claims must be claimed within 14 days of invoice date. Returns will not be accepted without a prior written authorization from our Customer Service department. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. Charges will be added towards future orders. Please read our "Return Policy" for details.
4. No guarantee sales. Merchandise not in stock will be automatically canceled unless advised otherwise. Please add to your next order.

Return Policy:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email within 14 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained,
no exceptions. Fashion Chest will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment All shipments are shipped UPS ground. Please contact if you need faster shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. All products are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business* days. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
